More? E-Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. About the voucher: This e-voucher is issued by More? The Artisan Bakery and may be used toward eligible purchases from our shop at Staveley Mill Yard, Kendal, LA8 9LR.
  2. How to redeem it: The e-voucher must be presented at the time of purchase in the shop as a printed copy. The voucher code must be valid and legible.
  3. Where it can be used: The e-voucher may be redeemed in our physical shop only.
  4. Single use and no change: The e-voucher may be used once only and must be surrendered when used. No cash change or credit will be given if the value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher. Any unused value will be forfeited, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  5. Purchases above the voucher value: If the purchase costs more than the value of the e-voucher, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method that we accept.
  6. No cash exchange: The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for cash or used to purchase another voucher, except where required by law.
  7. Expiry: The e-voucher is valid until the expiry date. It cannot be used after that date, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
  8. Lost, stolen or misused vouchers: The purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping the voucher code secure. We are not responsible for a voucher that is lost, deleted, stolen, copied or used without permission. We may replace a voucher at our discretion where satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.
  9. Cancellations and refunds: Any right to cancel the purchase of an e-voucher is governed by applicable consumer law. Unless required by law, redeemed vouchers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  10. Returns of goods bought with a voucher: Returns are subject to our usual returns policy and the customer’s statutory rights. Where a refund is due for an item purchased using an e-voucher, the refund will normally be provided as a replacement voucher or shop credit rather than cash, unless required by law.
  11. Restrictions and misuse: E-vouchers may not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes without our written permission. We may refuse or cancel a voucher that we reasonably believe has been altered, duplicated, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these terms.
  12. Changes to these terms: We may amend these terms when reasonably necessary. Changes will not unfairly reduce the rights attached to an e-voucher that has already been purchased.
  13. Your legal rights: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
